We deliver anywhere in South Africa for free, no matter the order size. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days depending on where you are.
Prefer to collect? Choose collection at checkout and collect from 13 Acacia Crescent, Thornhill Estate, Modderfontein, 1609, Mon to Thu 08:00 to 16:30, Fri 08:00 to 16:00.
Returns and warranty
We offer a 100% guarantee on the toner or cartridge you bought, and a 100% guarantee on your printer in the event that our toner or cartridge damages your machine.

Do compatible cartridges work as well as the originals?
Our compatible laser toner cartridges are supported by the Itogen satisfaction guarantee, and our 100% guarantee covers your printer too if our cartridge ever damages it.
How do I find the right cartridge?
Search by printer model or cartridge code in the bar at the top, or use the cartridge finder. Still unsure? Send us a photo of the printer label or old cartridge.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa, whatever the order size.
Can I get a quotation instead of paying online?
Yes. Choose "Request a quotation" at checkout, or use the quote form.
Do you do bulk and printed tape?
Yes. Larger quantities, regular scheduled orders and custom printed tape. Request printed tape pricing.

Buy 4 toners and receive a printer for free. Ask our team which printer matches the toners you use.
